"Pretty easy even for me"
I’m really not the best at doing my own nails, so I figured these might be annoying to put on, but they were actually simple. The steps were easy enough to follow and I didn’t really have to keep fixing things over and over. It took less time than I thought, which I guess means they’re good quality because they came out looking neat. Overall I’m happy with my order from naillabostore.com.

"The return process was kind of a hassle..."
The return process was kind of a hassle, and the refund took way too long to show up. I had to follow up more than once, and support basically kept saying things like, “it’s being processed” and “please allow a few more days.” It did finally come through, but it was frustrating waiting that long.

"Pretty sure these are legit"
I ordered a few nail products and, as far as I can tell, they seem genuine. The packaging looked normal and everything seemed to match the brand, so I don’t really have any complaints. I’m not an expert, but they look like the real deal to me.

"Knew right away this lamp was better"
I bought a lamp from naillabostore.com i could tell pretty much immediately it was better than my old one. My gel polish cures cleanly now with no weird sticky or soft spots, even on my thumbs, which used to be the annoying part. Shipping was totally fine, and I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks with no problems so far

"Good selection, but I wanted more options"
They’ve got a decent mix of nail stuff, like gels and tools, which is nice. A few shades I was hoping to grab weren’t there though. It’s not bad overall, I just wish the range was a bit bigger

"Kind of wish I’d planned better"
I ordered from Nail Labo and, to be fair, everything did show up, so I can’t really complain about that part.
But I regret not giving myself more time, because the shipping was slower than I expected. It took a few extra days, and there weren’t many updates while I was waiting, which got frustrating.
The products were packed fine and nothing arrived damaged, so that was a relief. I might order again someday, but definitely not if I need anything quickly.

"Finding stuff on the site is way more work than it should be"
The site looks fine at first, but actually trying to browse it was annoying. The search kept giving me weird results, and checkout felt clunky too. I was just looking for simple nail products, but it took way too much clicking around and extra effort to find what I needed

"Pretty colors, but I’m not totally sure on the wear time"
I tried a couple of gel polishes from Nail Labo, and the colors were really nice. I think I did my nails early in the week… or maybe it was over the weekend, I can’t remember exactly, but one nail chipped after what felt like just a few days. The shine also seemed to dull faster than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of average for me. I was hoping they’d hold up a little longer.

My order showed up quickly, so that part was great. Unfortunately, the actual product didn’t exactly live up to the excitement. One of the gel polishes was super thick and kind of annoying to apply, which is always fun when you’re trying not to make your nails look like a craft project gone wrong. The color also looked different from what I saw online. It’s not the worst thing I’ve ever bought, but I probably won’t be ordering again.

"Decent for extras, but not my first choice"
I ordered a few gel products and tools for my salon, and overall it was okay. Some of the items were actually good, and the prices felt reasonable for what you get. That said, the stock availability and delivery times were a little inconsistent, which makes it hard to count on when things get busy. I’d say it’s worth using for backup supplies, but I probably wouldn’t depend on it for anything urgent.

"Order was mostly right, not perfect"
My order was mostly right overall, but one of the gel colours wasn’t the one I picked, which wasn’t the end of the world but it did throw me off a bit because I had already planned to use it for a client and had to switch things around last minute.

Shipping was fine and everything else in the order was correct, so I’d probably order again, I just wish they double checked the colours a little better before sending things out because it’s kind of a hassle when you’re counting on a specific shade.

"Couldn’t Get the Colors I Needed"
I went to order the colors I had my eye on, but most of them were sold out again. It’s frustrating when you’re excited to get what you need and keep running into the same issue. I really hope they restock soon, because it’s disappointing...

"Nice nail stuff, arrived fast"
Ordered some gel polish and a base coat, and it showed up quick. Colors look just like the pictures and were easy to use. Package came in good shape too, no leaks or spills. Happy with it overall

I found some nice discounts on nail products here and ended up saving around $10 or so. Nothing complicated, just good prices and a decent way to stock up without spending too much
